Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled surveyor to take charge of the survey team, responsible for executing survey tasks on projects for a diverse range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct construction stakeout and calculations, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.
  • Collaborate with team members to align project requirements.
  • Oversee survey projects while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Prepare both preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, and related exhibits.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Professional Survey Licensure is mandatory or the capability to secure licensure within six months.
  • Expertise in GPS and Total Station technology.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Experience in managing and directing field crews.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask regarding projects and CAD/computer standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Compensation: $68,100-$113,500
