Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled surveyor to take charge of the survey team, responsible for executing survey tasks on projects for a diverse range of clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct construction stakeout and calculations, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.
- Collaborate with team members to align project requirements.
- Oversee survey projects while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Prepare both preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, and related exhibits.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Professional Survey Licensure is mandatory or the capability to secure licensure within six months.
- Expertise in GPS and Total Station technology.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Experience in managing and directing field crews.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask regarding projects and CAD/computer standards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation: $68,100-$113,500
