Job Title: Director, Oncology Learning and Development

At BioSpace, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Oncology Learning and Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning and development programs for our commercial oncology business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of learning professionals to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for our commercial oncology team.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of learning programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of learning and development funds.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or business.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial oncology or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing and implementing effective learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform learning and development decisions.
