Job Title: Director, Marketing Sciences, Forecasting

At BioSpace, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Marketing Sciences, Forecasting to join our team. As a key member of our Oncology Integrated Insights team, you will be responsible for leading Gilead US Oncology Forecasting and driving impactful results with stakeholders at every level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop short- and medium-term demand forecasts, integrating market dynamics and expertise across functions.
  • Analyze primary and secondary data to glean insights and understand their impact on forecasts, developing robust forecasts that identify key risks, opportunities, and drivers for executive leadership.
  • Conduct national-level performance reporting and reconciliation with forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy and driving ongoing improvements in models and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that thrives on shared goals and accountability, developing and coaching direct reports and team members to enable their growth and contribution to forecast excellence.
Leadership, Influence, and Communication:
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including VPs, Executive Directors, Brand, Marketing, Finance, Managed Markets, Global, Competitive Intelligence, and IT.
  • Earn the respect of internal customers by consistently demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and providing insightful advice, recognized as a subject matter expert sought after for guidance on decisions impacting business operations.
  • Lead and conduct quarterly functional reviews with VPs, Executive Directors, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships within Account Management, Marketing, and Commercial operations to ensure smooth collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience or Master's Degree and 10 years of experience or PhD and eight years of experience.
  • Advanced degrees desirable; preferred concentrations in one or more of healthcare, general management, analytics, and data sciences.
  • Strong commercial analytics and people management experience; advanced analytics experience desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $221,000 to $286,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package.
