Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of learning professionals to develop and implement effective learning solutions for commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop curricula that meet those needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive workshops on disease states, products, marketplaces, and contextual selling skills.
  • Oversee the development and facilitation of learning programs, including launch excellence models for new products and indications.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of learning solutions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to support learning initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning and development practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or PhD and 8 years of experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 7+ years of experience leading sales or training teams.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and team-focused approach.
  • Computer aptitude with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Formal experience in learning and development, curriculum design, and delivery.
