**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Center Manager - Clinical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our therapy center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Clinical Operations**
    • Create a positive and productive work environment that promotes team member job satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement fiscal budgets for the center.
    • Develop and implement center-specific strategic plans, including marketing and sales strategies.
    • Ensure strong physician and payer relations, and coordinate the implementation of clinical specialty programs.
    • Maintain responsibility for ensuring center profitability, interpreting financial statements and performance metrics, and developing strategic plans to address underperforming areas.
  • **Compliance**
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
    • Maintain employee files with current CPR certifications, licenses, and TB or required vaccinations.
    • Participate in annual Patient Care Committee and sub-committee meetings.
    • Conduct monthly staff meetings to educate team members on company news, clinic performance, and operational issues.
  • **Treatment**
    • Understand and adhere to state Practice Act requirements for the provision of PT or OT services.
    • Evaluate, treat, and delegate skilled intervention to patients for whom PT or OT is medically necessary.
    • Provide thorough and timely documentation of patient progress and medical necessity.
    • Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers.

**Requirements**

  • Current state licensure for PT or OT.
  • Current CPR certification that meets state licensure requirements.
  • Experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and performance metrics.
