As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a sales territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to identify needs, demonstrate products, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) software to record all sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.

Requirements

  • Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets.
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industry.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
