Job Overview

Pilot Last Mile is on the lookout for dedicated full-time Customer Support Specialists to join our team. Candidates must be prepared to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent and precise communication with customers, cartage agents, and other personnel within the station and company.
  • Provide accurate rate estimates for shipments.
  • Monitor and trace the progress of shipments, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate recovery and delivery timelines with various cartage agents, ensuring timely information relay to all involved parties.
  • Update and manage customer records efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong computer and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
