Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to foster and enhance relationships by identifying their financial requirements and suggesting the most suitable products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Facilitate the sale and fulfillment of various banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Recognize client needs for licensed sales functions and refer them to appropriate business partners.
- Provide accurate quotes on rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
- Manage risk effectively in all business transactions by utilizing available resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Background in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in telephone sales.
- Familiarity with multi-solution customer offerings and service bundling.
- Experience as a Personal Banker handling a high volume of clients.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- High School Diploma is required.
