Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Clients: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their tax preparation journey.

  • Verify and Enter Client Information: Accurately verify and enter client personal and Form W-2 information into our proprietary software.
  • Assist with Marketing and Recruitment Efforts: Support leadership in marketing and recruitment efforts to attract new clients and talent to our team.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Demonstrate basic computer skills, including setup and troubleshooting of office computer systems.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance (preferred).
