Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR function for Government Services, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and client-specific regulations while managing all HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Design and execute HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with business objectives, ensuring effective HR service delivery in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Act as the primary HR liaison for leaders, managers, and employees, offering guidance on HR issues, including employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
  • Work in partnership with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide HR services that support local and regional operations, ensuring alignment with global HR practices and standards.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes for the San Antonio site, ensuring compliance with client contracts.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning, enhancing the organization's leadership capabilities.
  • Track and report on HR metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in HR service delivery and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a senior HRBP or HR generalist, with a robust background in managing HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in government services, medical, or military health is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and the ability to apply them in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the capability to navigate a matrixed organizational structure and drive HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and experience with data analytics to inform HR strategy and operations.
  • Fluency in English is required; the ability to speak Spanish or any other language is an asset.
