Job Summary

As a Process Improvement Consultant IV at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements across the organization. Your expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, will enable you to analyze and optimize business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement process maps, metrics, and other tools to support process improvement efforts
  • Provide training and coaching to stakeholders on process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and performance metrics to support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement across multiple disciplines
  • Process improvement certification, such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience working with MS Teams and advanced Excel functions
  • Project management experience
  • Data analytics experience
