About the Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Fayetteville, a 46-apartment memory care community. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from interest to move-in.

You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
