Walton Arts Center is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate partnerships efforts. As Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of corporate sponsors, developing and executing annual sponsorships, and creating new sponsorship proposals to satisfy demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a portfolio of corporate sponsors for both Walton Arts Center and the Walmart AMP
  • Develop and execute annual sponsorships, box seat sales, and special fundraising events
  • Create new sponsorship proposals and packages to satisfy demand and adapt to opportunities presented by potential new venues and programs
  • Lead the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) in member solicitation and strategic planning
  • Engage corporate donors to sponsor signature fundraising events
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in sponsorship management, fundraising, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the corporate sponsorship market and the ability to create compelling proposals and packages
  • Relationship and customer service oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent leadership qualities and demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve and exceed goals
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage sponsor agreements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
Benefits:
  • Salary is commensurate with experience. Annual salary $125,000 - $135,000 with bonus opportunity
  • Annual salary review will be performed

  • Twelve days paid vacation annually (accrues bi-weekly) at time of hire

  • 403B retirement plan with employer match up to 6% of annual salary upon one year of employment
