Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at Craftsman Inn & Suites. This pivotal position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective revenue management strategies aimed at maximizing profitability across various segments, including accommodations, dining, events, and catering.

This influential leader will serve as the brand ambassador, overseeing the marketing budget to create tailored campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials that align with property objectives and drive revenue growth.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports that reflect financial outcomes of promotional activities, direct sales efforts, and marketing strategies.
  • Guide and mentor your team to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales team objectives and annual revenue goals while devising both short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate the organization's performance by collaborating with sales managers and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market dynamics to establish competitive pricing that balances costs, competition, and demand.
Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in marketing and a strong understanding of sales best practices are essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality preferred.
  • Familiarity with essential computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with some background in sales management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
