Culinary Operations Manager

Baker's Cay Resort is a luxury oceanfront property located in the Florida Keys, seeking a talented Culinary Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to manage our kitchen food service and work with an amazing team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the activities of our culinary staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Manage inventory and food costs, and develop and implement new menu items.
- Train and mentor our culinary staff, and maintain a hands-on approach to food preparation.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and healthy kitchen environment.
- 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.
- Knowledge of wine and fine food is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
