Baker's Cay Resort is a luxury oceanfront property located in the Florida Keys, seeking a talented Culinary Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to manage our kitchen food service and work with an amazing team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of our culinary staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and food costs, and develop and implement new menu items.
  • Train and mentor our culinary staff, and maintain a hands-on approach to food preparation.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and healthy kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Knowledge of wine and fine food is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
