Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the engineering division, engaging closely with production, sales, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
- Oversee the maintenance of process documentation, including process sheets and drawings for legacy components.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for ongoing issues.
- Interpret and apply relevant quality and manufacturing standards.
- Create cleaning Work Orders based on Sales Orders.
- Develop SolidWorks models and generate PDF drawings.
- Program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) utilizing DMIS software.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through effective communication.
- Work with the team on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Manage engineering documentation and digital storage.
- Revise and enhance Setup Sheet inspection reports.
- Ensure completion of the new part Sales Order checklist.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in SolidWorks is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred experience in CNC programming (Mastercam).
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods (CNC Lathe/Mill).
- Experience with tolerance stack-ups, GD&T, and Statistical Measurements.
