Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of store managers and staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that all products are properly stored and rotated.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to store managers and staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
