About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cetera Financial Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our financial advisors and operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage internal meetings, prepare conference rooms, and greet clients upon arrival.
  • Prepare and assemble outgoing mailings, print and assemble presentations, and scan and upload documents to our digital document management system.
  • Route incoming faxes, send outgoing faxes, and input and manage client data in our CRM system.
  • Assign incoming client withdrawal requests to the team and complete data entry for compliance logs.
  • Maintain office inventory, order office supplies, and provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in an administrative or client-service focused position
  • 5+ years of experience working with PCs and Microsoft Office programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience within Financial Services, Accounting, or Law
