Role: Medical Office Manager

Location: Wexford, PA

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour, with performance-based raises available after hire
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in healthcare along with a minimum of one year of management experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EpicCare software are essential. Strong communication and administrative skills are required.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of healthcare management experience
Alternatively:
  • Associate degree in healthcare or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of healthcare management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience with EpicCare software
  • 1-2 years of experience in Medical Office Management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient scheduling and coordination of clinical operations
  • Ensure optimal patient scheduling and address any conflicts
  • Regularly review patient schedules to prevent overbooking and manage staffing needs
  • Foster a patient-centric culture focused on satisfaction

  • Manage the ordering of supplies and services
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies to protect patients and staff
  • Monitor practice-specific benchmarks related to service delivery
