Position Overview:

Plumbline Services is actively seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Coordinator to enhance our team of innovative and enthusiastic professionals committed to providing exceptional customer service. The primary responsibility of our Sales Coordinators is to schedule potential clients who express interest in our services through various lead generation initiatives. This role requires building rapport and arranging appointments that align with the clients' availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in direct consumer sales, particularly via phone
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
  • Familiarity with commission-only roles
  • Availability to work five days a week, with a preference for Saturday shifts
  • Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM, including a one-hour lunch break
  • Maintain a daily log of calls, detailing the department and type of call
  • Keep a record of sales to cross-reference with Service Titan
  • Engage in regular communication with department managers to identify key areas for improvement and missed opportunities
  • Track which technicians or sales personnel are achieving the highest revenue recovery
  • Document and report any client issues, creating tasks for department managers when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of cold calling experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong outbound phone communication skills
  • Proficient in written communication and computer usage
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
