Role Summary: As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will assist customers in finding the right products and services while also performing technical tasks related to device repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide informative answers to their inquiries.
- Sales Support: Promote additional products and participate in sales initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Technical Assistance: Conduct device repairs, including battery installations and component replacements.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels and maintaining an organized store environment.
- Operational Duties: Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
- Technical aptitude and ability to work with small tools and devices.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
