Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients who visit the dealership showroom or sales area.
  • Guide clients in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Provide test drives to all interested customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads.
  • Manage vehicle listings and sales photography.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques.
  • Negotiate terms with clients.
  • Facilitate and oversee test drives.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in automotive sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional demeanor and work ethic.
Positive attitude with a dynamic personality.
Valid driver's license.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with one day off during the week and Sundays off.

Compensation:

Pay can reach up to $10,000.00 per month, with additional commission opportunities.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
