Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at MRINetwork Jobs in Nashville, TN.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, flexibility, and tenacity. The ideal candidate will be driven and able to partner with leadership to meet our client's overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Development: Lead initiatives to drive revenue and growth for a new clinic
  • Build and Optimize Relations: Develop and maintain key partner relationships as a representative of the organization
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback. Lead efforts to implement improvements based on insights gained, driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reporting to track and deliver high target goals regularly

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience working in sales, business development, or marketing
  • Understanding of sales and marketing legal and compliance standards
  • Ability to work in a remote and/or hybrid environment with high-speed internet
  • Proven successful track record in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings

About the Opportunity:

This role is primarily outreach and sales, with a small base salary and mostly commission-based compensation. The ideal candidate will be able to work with an amazing team within the local area and be comfortable engaging on various communication platforms.
