Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant role at AdvisorNet Financial is a dynamic position that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the day-to-day operations of the business. This role will partner with the operational function to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the processing of new business and client maintenance requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist the administrative team with scheduling client meetings, follow-up meetings, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate client and vendor data in the CRM database and reporting systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with advisors, clients, and vendors to ensure prompt and consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Organize and coordinate office administration, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and compliance rules and regulations, committing to continuous education and professional development.
  • Support special projects and duties as assigned within the functional/knowledge area.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience, preferred.
  • Financial services industry experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, required.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personable, approachable, and positive attitude in providing service excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, make solid judgments, and act with integrity, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and composition rules.
