Position Overview
We are currently in search of a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist / Service Writer in a dynamic office environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, managing incoming calls for a bustling swimming pool service operation.
In addition to strong communication abilities, proficiency in office software and organizational skills are essential.
This role will involve acquiring knowledge of the industry to effectively generate and manage service requests from both existing and prospective clients.
Join our team in a vibrant and supportive workplace. While familiarity with the pool sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. This is a full-time role with a competitive wage based on experience, ranging from $16 to $18 per hour. Goodall Pools and Spas is an equal opportunity employer.
