Job Title: Territory Manager

CRW Corp., a leading construction equipment distributor, is seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in the New England region. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling and renting new and used Link-Belt, National, Shuttlelift, and Maeda Cranes to customers in our territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Prepare and submit proposals to customers as needed, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Submit regular activity and results reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Assist with collections on accounts in the territory and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and rental teams to achieve sales and rental targets.
  • Develop and maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
  • Travel to current and potential customers as required to promote our products and services.
