Job Overview

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator position include:

  • Solely manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, revenue posting, and collections.
  • Ensure timely payments from customers by overseeing the accounts receivable processes.
  • Handle cash applications and accurately post received payments.
  • Review and manage the aging report to monitor outstanding balances.
  • Process credit card transactions, including handling refunds and credit memos.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive accounts receivable experience.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Mac computers is considered an advantage.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, dedicated, with excellent communication skills.

Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
