Job Summary:

The Construction Superintendent will oversee the coordination and direction of subcontractors, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure high-quality production and logistics for commercial construction projects. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
  • Procure materials and equipment as needed
  • Oversee all safety aspects of the project, including SWPPP certification
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal departments, and city officials
  • Manage site work and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on concrete and tilt projects
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete and concrete tilt projects
  • Previous supervisory experience managing 20+ individuals
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Average job size of $30M
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal building codes
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (Spanish is a plus)
  • Willingness to represent the company and its core values
  • SWPPP certification
