Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction work on project sites in strict accordance with contract documents, working in a team environment with other Project Managers, Engineers, and company staff members, and maintaining work productivity and keeping projects on schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction work on project sites in accordance with contract documents.

  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractor work according to plans and specifications.
  • Manage self-performing work crews consisting of US and local country personnel.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of commercial or government construction project experience as superintendent or project manager.
  • International construction experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge, skill, and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
  • Highly professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with great organizational, team, and customer service skills.
  • Possess or must be eligible for federal government security clearance.
