We are seeking a Part Time Recruiter with construction experience to join our team at Flippo Construction Company, Inc. This is a 24-hour per week, 100% on-site position, requiring a strong understanding of the construction industry and its recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various construction field roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, initial phone screens, setting up in-person interviews, offers, initial drug screening, new hire orientation, new employee file setup, data entry of new hire information into Vista Viewpoint, and other related tasks.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate in select job fairs and/or other recruiting events to enhance our brand and attract qualified job candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment sites to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Assist the HR Director with sourcing administrative/professional candidates aligning with current strategy, process, and needs.
- Assist with Spanish translation duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish: reading, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Intermediate skillset with applicable software (Outlook calendar, MS Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.).
