- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within the software or sustainability industry.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in developing and managing self-serve products for enterprise customers, with a focus on driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Decarbonization Knowledge: Strong understanding of decarbonization strategies, technologies, and best practices, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in defining, tracking, and interpreting product success metrics.
- Sustainability Passion: Passion and experience within sustainability, decarbonization, and making a positive impact on the environment required.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the energy, utilities, or environmental services sectors.
- Software Development Methodologies: Knowledge of relevant software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Professional Certifications: Professional certifications in product management, sustainability, or related fields.
