Job Overview:


As a vital member of the Product team, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers on diverse initiatives and existing products to support project-related activities and deliverables, provide 2nd Level Application Support, conduct application training, and manage product administration.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure timely completion of deliverables: prioritize requests, assess user stories and/or business requirement documentation prepared by Business Analysts, assist in developing product roadmaps, and create various supporting documentation including training materials.


• Create and update documentation for end-users as well as IT Support and development teams to facilitate understanding of the product and the business challenges the application addresses.


• Collect analytics and metrics regarding application performance and usage to enhance user experience and adoption rates.


• Support user-testing initiatives and provide constructive feedback to Product Managers.


• Assist Product Managers in delivering 2nd Level Application Support by triaging issues and collaborating with various teams and/or vendors to resolve them.


• Foster and maintain productive relationships with business units, ensuring communication is customer-centric and professional.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree required.


• Technical proficiency and the ability to learn company systems, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.


• Capability to gain a comprehensive understanding of application functionalities to address most user inquiries independently.


• Interest in Product Management principles and aspirations to become a Product Manager.


• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective business relationships with cross-functional partners (e.g., support teams, project management, business relationship managers, business stakeholders).


• Ability to synthesize various data, insights, and research to communicate the most significant and actionable findings.


• Proficient in articulating key features and benefits of applications consistently across the organization.


• Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy towards the user base.


• Adaptability and quick learning capabilities.


• Strong investigative and diagnostic skills.


• Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.


• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in supporting various products and/or projects that have introduced new applications to the business.


• A degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business is a strong advantage.


• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Workfront, Jira, and DevOps is a significant plus.
