Key Responsibilities- Act as the voice of the customer from the business side into the rest of the organization
- Envision and articulate the product strategy for assigned products
- Drive discovery of innovative ideas to assess and define the problem statement, benefit hypothesis, and adherence to the strategic vision
- Partner with leadership in defining a multi-year roadmap for assigned products to illustrate our vision and plan into the future
- Be an evangelist for product mindset in all interactions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Partner with UX designers and engineers to conceptualize intuitive, scalable, and high-quality solutions that help users accomplish their Jobs To Be Done
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery leads to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of committed features on a roadmap
- Drive buy-build-partner analysis and review potential partner relationships for the product
- Develop and deliver KPIs that measure product value and adoption metrics
- Train and demo users on systems as needed
- University bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business, information systems, marketing, computer science, or other relevant areas
- 8+ years of experience in product management, having managed multiple or a portfolio of digital products
- Experience building internal enterprise products
- Experience managing product roadmap end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information
- Extensive experience in defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog aligned with the product roadmap
- Experience driving stakeholder discussions, demonstrations, and sticking to the desired agenda to produce expected outcomes
- Experience in Agile development and writing user stories
- Experience with best practice Agile Scrum development and Lean Startup principles
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Miro, etc.
