Position Overview:

The Fraud Business Intelligence Strategy Leader plays a pivotal role in enhancing the financial well-being of our clients through strategic oversight and analytical excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals focused on developing innovative strategies and conducting thorough analytics to assess portfolio risks, enhance profitability, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Establish strategic priorities and identify trends to maximize the balance between risk and return for the business unit.
  • Utilize data and analytics to address complex challenges, mentor team members, and collaborate with technology, product, and risk leaders to drive performance improvements.
  • Oversee a group of analysts dedicated to strategic analysis, improving data delivery through advanced technology tools, and conducting operational performance reviews.
  • Foster a vision for the team while managing the analysis of business intelligence ecosystems, data models, and report development.
  • Make informed hiring decisions and provide training to analysts, ensuring the development of talent within the organization.
  • Build strategic partnerships across the enterprise, assessing data performance and making informed recommendations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in reporting management, risk analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to execution with a focus on strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages and data management tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Expertise in fraud management and business process analysis.
