Position Summary:
This role involves conducting sophisticated analyses and modeling to mitigate loss exposure and enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities include leveraging various systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to deliver analytical support on strategies, ensure objectives are achieved, and recommend policy and procedural adjustments within segmentation frameworks for optimal outcomes.

The Change Management team operates within the Internal Organizational Structure: Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics organization, focusing on establishing a robust Information Control environment that enhances communication, tracking, and governance. Key priorities include:
  • Overseeing tracking for UCRA, SBO, project ingestion coordination, and its impact on functions
  • Monitoring regulatory, policy, and product strategy impacts on financial loss rates and capacity requirements
  • Developing and maintaining a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library and providing functional training
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating initiative sizing with Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting, and Reporting teams
  • Engaging with Lines of Business (LOB) and partners to communicate FTE needs
  • Recommending strategies to help the business achieve its goals and make informed decisions based on data analysis
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of financial models, market data, financial trends, and portfolio performance to enhance risk management, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Leading the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Typically, this role involves monthly capacity reviews, and the individual will cultivate relationships with operations, strategies, finance, and HR. Throughout their tenure, the individual will enhance their skills in Excel and executive presentations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership roles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to connect various data points and understand their interrelations
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to explore the underlying reasons for issues and develop solutions
  • Effective interaction with all levels of leadership
