GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Office Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk. This position involves providing assistance to visitors and residents, ensuring a welcoming environment, and facilitating communication within the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
2. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
3. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available.
4. Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information.
