Job Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist is the information center of our community, managing all phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, managing resident transportation and outing schedules, and assisting residents with all requests. This role requires superior people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls and greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
• Provide community information and assist residents with requests
• Manage resident transportation and outing schedules
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration

Requirements

• Experience with email, calendar management, and answering phones
• Physical requirements: standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality and reliability are essential in this role
