We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Improvement Manager to join our team at Redline Powersports. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and CSI data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with local management to develop and implement solutions to improve customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics to ensure continuous improvement

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
