Customer Service Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Improvement Manager to join our team at Redline Powersports. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer feedback and CSI data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with local management to develop and implement solutions to improve customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- A competitive salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year
