Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manufacturing Manager to join our team at OLLY. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships for a defined product category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership and accountability of Contract Manufacturing partner(s) of an assigned product category
  • Drive relationship management to support high performing requirement standards of service, cost, quality and innovation needs for Olly
  • Create and own execution of an ongoing 3-year plan to support Contract Manufacturing strategy of an assigned product category
  • Trusted go-to point of escalation for cross-functional partners to ensure resolution of any needed business deliverable opportunities
  • Support Sourcing events of new Contract Manufacturers as needed to ensure supplier strategies are realized
  • Deliver cost savings goals for Olly
  • Facilitate supplier quarterly business reviews for Contract Manufacturers of an assigned product category
  • Create KPI's for all primary Contract Manufacturers based on input from Finance, Supply Chain and Sales
  • Execute and/or renew supply agreements and negotiations, while maintaining key metrics in contract database to support the Olly business
  • Partner closely with Finance teams to ensure accuracy of payment terms, standard costs, PPV, and Invoicing
  • Act as a key player to support continuous improvement process for a rapidly scaling OPS team
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management in CPG
  • Proven experience in negotiations, contracts and agreements
  • Experience owning and managing a complex end to end supply chain
  • Background in Planning, Logistics and Customer Service
  • Lean, APICS or CPSM Certification or training a plus
  • Ability to be a collaborative team member in a dynamic growth environment
  • Ability to give and receive clear and actionable feedback
  • Creative problem solving + strong analytical skills
  • Ability to step away from the details and share the big picture impact to all OLLY's
  • An analytical thinker with a "Can Do" attitude
What to Expect:

Initial video screen with a member of our Talent team

Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the team

Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross functional Ollies

Final Round: Homework

At OLLY, our final round is called Homework. Candidates who participate in this round are given 3 questions in advance to answer and present to the interview panel they previously spoke with in the process.

The Details:
  • LOCATION: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid schedule. Relocation support will be provided for out-of-area candidates.
  • HOURS: Full time, exempt (salary)
  • MANAGER: Contract Manufacturing Director
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • The pay range for this position is $116,000 dependent on experience.
