We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support our client, an electronics manufacturer, in San Francisco, CA.
This is a CONTRACT position with a Swing Shift schedule, including some work on Saturdays as needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting engineering, new product introduction, and production requirements
- Repairing and upgrading equipment to ensure product lines remain operational
- Replacing operators on the line as needed
Key requirements include:
- Following all safety and laser safety procedures
- Constructing, testing, and calibrating robotic and computer-controlled assembly systems
- Knowledge of high-precision measuring equipment, calibration, and record generation
- Experience with mechanical hand and power tools, oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, optics, cameras, and laser safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Standard SPC, and Flowcharts packages
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs.
