Customer Solution Center Compliance Audit Specialist II

The Customer Solution Center (CSC) Audit Readiness Specialist II is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and implementing auditing strategies to ensure readiness for regulatory audits, identifying and addressing compliance issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement auditing strategies to ensure readiness for regulatory audits
- Identify and address compliance issues through targeted, focused, and random audits
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures
- Communicate audit results and recommendations to management
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory auditing in a healthcare environment
- Previous experience with Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care environment
- Tableau experience preferred
- Advanced computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong analytical and team building skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse team members
- Ability to formulate recommendations to improve quality and service delivery
This position requires work after hours, on weekends, holidays, and a hybrid remote schedule. Occasional flexibility in hours/shift in critical situations and work on-call may be required.
