**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory auditing and compliance, with experience in a healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement auditing strategies for end-to-end processes within the Customer Solution Center
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all product lines, including Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care setting
- Conduct targeted audits on member interactions and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for corrective action
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to identify and address deficiencies, ensuring seamless integration with business operations
- Provide regular updates and insights to management, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory auditing in a healthcare environment
- Proven experience with Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care setting
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on business, law, or a related field
