**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory auditing and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement auditing strategies for end-to-end processes within the Customer Solution Center
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all product lines, including Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care setting
- Conduct targeted audits on member interactions and outcomes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide recommendations and corrective actions to management based on audit results, with a focus on improving business processes and reducing risk
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to identify and address deficiencies, and implement process improvements
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory auditing in a healthcare environment
- Experience with Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care setting
- Bachelor's Degree required
**Additional Information**
The salary range for this position is $88,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
