**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory auditing and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement auditing strategies for end-to-end processes within the Customer Solution Center
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all product lines, including Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care setting
  • Conduct targeted audits on member interactions and outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide recommendations and corrective actions to management based on audit results, with a focus on improving business processes and reducing risk
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to identify and address deficiencies, and implement process improvements

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory auditing in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with Medi-Cal and Medicare in a managed care setting
  • Bachelor's Degree required

**Additional Information**

The salary range for this position is $88,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
