In this role, you will oversee departmental operations and resources to ensure they align with the mission, values, and objectives of both the department and Memorial Healthcare System.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that patient care services are provided in a way that balances quality with efficiency, cost management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Additionally, you will assist in managing and evaluating departmental operations, which encompasses information technology, service level assessment, and complaint resolution, to meet performance and quality control goals.

Data collection and analysis will be part of your duties to identify quality trends or potential risks affecting patients and staff. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and committees to enhance quality outcomes.

Moreover, you will contribute to the development and execution of Clinical Effectiveness objectives, plans, and standards that comply with clinical, administrative, regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.

Complexity of Work:
This position requires critical thinking, effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.

Required Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting as a Social Worker (MSW), Quality Management professional, or Case Manager (RN).

Licensure:
If you are a Registered Nurse, a valid Florida state license is required.

Educational Background:
Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
