Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in nursing education, leadership, and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for clinical staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to clinical staff to enhance their leadership and clinical skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Five years of experience in nursing education and leadership.
  • Current RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with clinical research.
