The Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recognizing cross-selling opportunities, and negotiating with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in a brokerage/agency setting.
  • Experience maintaining client relationships and negotiating with carrier underwriters.
  • Ability to handle new and renewal submissions, as well as quoting and issuing policies.
  • Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
  • Overall account management and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-direct job duties.
  • Must hold Property & Casualty License.
