About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Heartland. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the restaurant and retail industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
