Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development

  • Communication and Presentation
    • Develop and deliver effective presentations to promote agency programs and capabilities.
    • Communicate effectively with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing and sales activities, including metrics and analysis.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience in home health or hospice.
  • Skills
    • Proven sales and marketing skills, with a track record of success in increasing referral sources and promoting agency programs.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
