We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Ecolab. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profit expansion in targeted accounts within the water industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet profit increase goals in existing customer base and competitively-held accounts.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans to maintain and grow sales.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.
- Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
- Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
- Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Water.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, life sciences, or business.
- Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience in the water industry or a related field.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
