About the Role
The IT Cloud Solutions Executive role at Rippling offers a unique opportunity for talented and ambitious professionals to manage high-velocity sales cycles while navigating technical and strategic sales processes. Working closely with SDR partners, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Rippling's Standalone IT products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for Rippling at all points of the sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to close.
  • Become a Rippling IT expert and run technical demos.
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
  • Closely business and achieve quota attainment consistently.
  • Serve as a product expert and understand our positioning across the competitive landscape.

Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B IT solutions.
  • Previous success in high-velocity technical sales.
  • Experience selling MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions. Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it.

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings for US-based employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation–including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:
129,000 - 225,750 USD per year (US)
